booking policy

1. Pricing: The room rate is charged per session and is exclusive of VAT.

2. Capacity: The maximum capacity of the room is 10 people, and this limit will be strictly enforced. The minimum number of people per booking is 3.

3. Payment: Full payment is required in advance of the booking and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will not be permitted and will be considered non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy: Changes to the date or time made within 24 hours of the booking will be non-refundable. For reschedulling before the 24-hour period, kindly reach out to us via Instagram Direct Message. 

6. Arrival: Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time and check in at the counter. 

7. Room Policy:

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Customers may order food from the restaurant preferably before the reservation time. Payment for the food should be made at the counter just before the booking time.

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the private karaoke room and within the restaurant premises.

  • All customers are expected to behave respectfully, any disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Customers are expected to leave the private karaoke room clean and tidy. The customer is solely responsible for any damage, defacement or loss. The customer should immediately report any damage to the manager of the restaurant.
